SYNORA
An autonomous AI business operations system — communication, enterprise-system integration and process diagnostics, united in one auditable, human-supervised platform.
The goal
One intelligent, accountable system for enterprise operations
In large organisations, communication and back-office work are scattered across people, phone calls, email and separate business systems. Information is moved by hand, service is rarely available around the clock, and management cannot see where processes lose time and money.
SYNORA’s goal is to automate and make transparent this everyday operational layer — so an organisation communicates, executes routine tasks and diagnoses its own processes autonomously, while people stay in control and every action leaves an audit trail.
The benchmark
What leading governments are building for the state, SYNORA builds for the enterprise
Governments are no longer merely adding AI tools — they are rebuilding entire administrations around AI. Abu Dhabi has committed to becoming the world’s first fully AI-native government across all of its digital services by 2027, digitising and automating 100% of processes. Singapore, through its National AI Strategy 2.0, is embedding AI across the public sector — from service delivery to how civil servants work every day.
The same shift these states are making — autonomous operations, integrated systems, human oversight and full accountability — is exactly what SYNORA is built to bring to private enterprises.
SYNORA’s ambition is to operate at that level: not a single chatbot, but an autonomous, auditable operations layer for an organisation — the enterprise counterpart to what Abu Dhabi and Singapore are pioneering for government.

How it is built
Three layers, one system
SYNORA is not just a voice bot. Its value comes from combining three layers into a single, supervised system.
Talk to the world
Autonomous voice and email, natively in Latvian, Russian and English — extendable to more languages.
Connect to the business
Links to the systems a company already runs — CRM, ERP, WMS, accounting and APIs — so data no longer moves by hand.
Act, diagnose, stay accountable
Autonomous task execution, process diagnostics and anomaly detection — with explainability, a full audit trail and human-in-the-loop oversight.
Already working
A functioning core, not a concept
The technological core — the autonomous voice AI agent — already runs in a production environment and is publicly demonstrable. It operates on a supervised-autonomy model: one operator oversees several AI agents.
Not an AI idea — a working core with real use, a paying export client, and a clear path to scale.
Where it is going
From a working voice core to a full operations platform
- Voice
- →
- →
- ERP / WMS / CRM
- →
- Process diagnostics
The voice core is live today; the email channel, deep business-system integrations and the process-diagnostics module are in active development.
Who it is for
Organisations with high communication and back-office volume
- Many calls, many emails and repetitive routine work
- Information spread across several systems, moved manually by people
- Customer service that is not available 24/7
- Management that cannot see where processes are inefficient
For these organisations, SYNORA is sold not as an AI model but as a measurable operational result: automated communication and processes, integration with existing systems, and lower labour and process costs.
