In practice

“Where is my order?”

In development

An illustrative target workflow: a customer calls about a delayed order. The voice core is live; the connected steps below require integrations and diagnostics still in development.

  • Identifies the customer and finds the order in the ERP
  • Checks the warehouse (WMS) and the carrier’s delivery status
  • Detects the delay and informs the customer
  • Creates a task, notifies the responsible employee and logs the incident
  • Identifies recurring delivery delays across orders

The intended benefit: resolve the enquiry and give the team evidence of recurring problems. This end-to-end workflow is not yet available.

Already working

A functioning core, not a concept

Available today

The technological core — the autonomous voice AI agent — already runs in a production environment and is publicly demonstrable. It operates on a supervised-autonomy model: one operator oversees several AI agents.

113 counts real AI calls; it is not a count of successfully resolved cases.

1300+ refers to automated tests, not customer conversations or a measured success rate.

What each pilot measures

  • Share of conversations resolved without a person
  • Share of conversations handed to a person
  • Staff time saved

How it is built

Three layers, one system

The platform is being developed in three layers. Voice is available today; the connected operations capabilities are in development.

Layer 1 — Communication

Talk to the world

Available today · Voice English, Latvian and Russian in production. In development · Email Additional languages are configured during onboarding, timelines agreed per client.

Layer 2 — Integration

Connect to the business

In development Planned connections to CRM, ERP, WMS, accounting systems and APIs, intended to reduce manual data transfer.

Layer 3 — Intelligence & Control

Act, diagnose, stay accountable

In development Task execution, process diagnostics and anomaly detection. The target design includes explainability, an audit trail and human oversight.

The goal

One intelligent, accountable system for enterprise operations

Long-term vision

In large organisations, communication and back-office work are scattered across people, phone calls, email and separate business systems. Information is moved by hand, service is rarely available around the clock, and management cannot see where processes lose time and money.

SYNORA’s goal is to automate and make transparent this everyday operational layer — so an organisation communicates, executes routine tasks and diagnoses its own processes autonomously, while people stay in control and every action leaves an audit trail.

Not AI replacing people — one person supervising an AI workforce.

Where it is going

From a working voice core to a full operations platform

  • Voice
  • →
  • Email
  • →
  • ERP / WMS / CRM
  • →
  • Process diagnostics

The voice core is live today; the email channel, deep business-system integrations and the process-diagnostics module are in active development.

Long-term vision
The target end state is a closed loop:

  • Observe
  • →
  • Execute
  • →
  • Measure
  • →
  • Diagnose
  • →
  • Improve

The goal is for AI to do the work, measure it, find the problem and propose a change — a person approves it, AI implements it and measures the result.

Who it is for

Organisations with high communication and back-office volume

  • Many calls, many emails and repetitive routine work
  • Information spread across several systems, moved manually by people
  • Customer service that is not available 24/7
  • Management that cannot see where processes are inefficient

Start with a defined voice use case and measure its outcome. Email, system integrations and process diagnostics belong to the development roadmap; any proposed scope must reflect what is available.

Apply for a pilot

What you get in a pilot

Start by defining one routine customer-call scenario. Each pilot is scoped with the client and covers:

  • Use case and deliverables
  • Language and setup
  • Human oversight and hand-over to your team
  • Results review against agreed measures
  • Duration and commercial terms

To apply, write to janis@knezins.com with a short description of the calls you want to handle.

The benchmark

What leading governments are building for the state, SYNORA builds for the enterprise

Governments are no longer merely adding AI tools — they are rebuilding entire administrations around AI. Abu Dhabi has committed to becoming the world’s first fully AI-native government across all of its digital services by 2027, digitising and automating 100% of processes. Singapore, through its National AI Strategy 2.0, is embedding AI across the public sector — from service delivery to how civil servants work every day.

States are moving from separate AI tools to integrated AI infrastructure. Enterprises will follow. SYNORA builds that layer for them.

These strategies are context for where operations are heading. They are not evidence of SYNORA’s capabilities or an affiliation with either government.
